- Annual fee payments are required from the 4th anniversary of the filing of your complete specification. If patent application has not been granted, an annual maintenance fee will be required. If patent has been granted, an annual renewal fee will be required.
- Maintenance fee/annual fee can be paid up to 3 months before the due date. If a fee is paid after the due date, a late fee 100.00 will automatically be added to the payment.
- Payment must be made within 6 months of the fee due date to keep application pending, or your patent in force.
