- The annual fee should be paid each year starting from the 2nd year after the filing date. The due date for the payment of the annual fee will be the last day of the month in which the application date falls.
- Fees may be paid up to 6 months after the due date. If overdue, payment must be made within 6 months along with an additional fee of 30%.
