- The first renewal is due 3 months after the patent was granted. The applicants need to pay the fee by the last day of that month.
- The applicants may also have to pay multiple fees that cover more than one renewal year when they pay your first renewal fee.
- Fees may be paid up to 6 months after the due date. No Surcharge will be incurred for the 1st month of the grace period. 24.00GBP will be incurred from the 2nd month of the grace period.
